My best friend lives in Rome and they had snow this year, lots of rain and cold, however, it can be mild and sunny. Greece and Turkey can experience cold weather. Barcelona can be pleasant, but can be cold. Malta shouldn't be too bad and Cairo should be quite pleasant. I live in southern Spain and January is usually very pleasant, but this year wasn't. You can never plan for the weather in winter. Every year will be different. Many οf those places саn bе anything frοm mild tο very сοƖԁ.
